All of the same techniques we use in the industry standard 1" blade now come in the 7/8" diamter size for those smaller sized sabers. 7/8" blades are a great alternative to the 'whipy' 3/4" diameter blades that have been used in compact sabers in the past. If you have a saber that requires a 7/8" blade, now you can get the best in the business!

 

 

 

*NOTE: We do NOT glue our blade diffusion film to the blade. Please be careful when removing the dust cap, and when removing the blade from your saber not to allow the film to fall out. When we first entered this industry, we had noticed several of our competitors glued the film into their blades and had creasing/krinkling of the film right at the point where the blade flexes the most. Saber blades flex, even when just swinging or spinning around. If you keep the film stationary and the blade flexes, the film will crease. Not gluing the film in allows the film to spiral in on itself and flex with the blade. When we developed our blades, we chose not to glue our film in and it turned out that the film will last much longer without creasing. After many hundreds of blades, we can say that this method allows for a long lasting, even blade. We have blades in the house that have seen years of use with no creasing. The only thing is, you have to take care when removing the blade not to let the film drop out and use your included dust cap to keep dust out, and the film in.

    I am a long time VV customer, and when I needed a new 7/8" blade, I recently ordered one from them. About a week later I received it, and I love it! I have several TCSS trans white 7/8" blades and I wanted to try VV clear, diffused version. It does not wash out the color and produces a very full blade. Perhaps a tad less full, edge to edge than a Trans white, but the trade off is a beautiful rich blue blade with no color wash out. The tip is the shine thru, lit version and is very evenly lit with the rest of the blade.

    Great product, great service, I am very happy with my purchase!

    This 7/8 inch trans white blade is perfect. The blade is a nice full blade, color is even throughout the blade all the way to the tip (shine through tip). I will definitely be purchasing more blades in the future.

    I got the pointed shine through tip and it really looks fantastic. Even my wife (who is a Star Trek fan) thought this really made the Graflex 2.0 project look complete.

    Getting a "that looks cool" for something Star Wars related was a big plus and this blade really made the difference.

    The coloring (I have a Bl/Bl/Wh try-CREE) along the entire length of the blade is consistent and bright, even in daylight.

We do not offer returns on our products as they are handcrafted to order and made specifically for each customer. Should there be an issue with the products function and it is covered under our warranty , we will be glad to service or replace the product at our discretion. In the event that we accidentally ship you the wrong item, of course we will take care of getting you the item you ordered and take care of all shipping charges incurred in making it right.

Shipping Insurance

All Vader's Vault products valued at $100 or greater will be automatically insured. This means that all 'Sabers' sold here will be insured automatically. Trust us, if you ever need it, you'll be glad you had it, and so will we. The last thing we want to do is eat something because the shipping carrier lost or damaged it, and we're pretty sure you, as the customer, don't want to be out any money.
