The Ardent Elite™, a fresh take and Vader's Vault spin on traditional design themes. Our first true "Thin Neck" Combat Class saber, we took extra care that while giving the look, balance and feel of the thin neck, we didn't sacrifice the duel worthy durability of the Combat Class. Meant for the active saberist, this saber is balanced and comfortable, melding with the wielder's hands like it was meant for them since birth. Offered with your choice of emitter crown and neck accent colors, as well as black powdercoated accents on the body sections and pommel. The emitter is packed with detail, from the elegant rounded rings at the crown, to the 4 sets of light emitting 'gill slits' in the center. The engraved detail around the switch area offers an asymmetrical catch for the eye. Just enough to give the area some contrast. The other side offers the chance to add extra flair with an optional SMD LED bargraph or OLED screen, and different frame metals as well. The middle v-grooved grip provides a non-slip surface in a traditional fashion. The rear, vertically milled 'booster' section offers an off-set look to the v-grooved grip. The pommel stands out as a very familiar power cell design with raised cubes, but in a non obtrusive, unique placement, complete with wide sound vents for great volume and resonance control. This is the first Saber I've ever bought. I did a lot of online searching and went with Vaders Vault. To me it was realistic looking, sounding and acting. When it arrived and I got to really dive into it, I was very impressed. Quality craftsmanship, bright lighting and pretty loud to boot! I'm really glad I went with Vaders Vault! The Saber is pretty nicely balanced, has a nice grip and the plector pixel blade is very bright. If you get one of these, definitely upgrade to the plector pixel rgb blade it's definitely worth it in my opinion. Thanks to everyone at Vaders Vault for all the work you put into my Saber!!

Vader's Vault Ardent Elite is the first saber I've bought that isn't a 'canon' saber, but one inspired by the universe of Star Wars. I just hadn't been drawn to by any custom designs before this hilt.

It's fair to say I love the hilt! Definitely worth the wait. It's a beautiful design and the weathering is well done. If I have any complain it's that I didn't select a more aggressive weathering level, but that's down to my choice when the order was placed :D

It's surprising how slim these hilts are. Really not much wider than the 1" blade. I've only handled canon sabers before this such as the graflex or the episode 4 owk, so those were my previous frame of reference.

It has a pretty good weight and balance to it with the 32" pixel blade I opted for inserted.

If I have a complaint, and it's a small one, it's that the battery is just a tad too hard to get out and back in again. I do much prefer a removable battery to a recharge port, but in my other hilts with a removable battery it's far easier to pop the battery out/put back in.

That small issue aside, I'd thouroughly recommend this hilt, and VV in general. They do have other hilts I'd like to get, but my bank balance... :D

It is beautiful, slim, and feels great in hand. Definitely the best quality you will find out there.

I have been wanting to buy a VV saber for many years. Once I finally had the funds to purchase one this year, I didn't hesitate to pull the trigger. The Ardent Elite holds up the excellent VV standard that I have heard so much about. The wait time was LONG, but WELL WORTH IT, seeing as the quality standard of a VV saber cannot be matched. I was lucky enough to get CFX added to my order for no extra charge because I ordered just before they announced it, and it is amazing. The new chassis, the in-hilt usb c port for charging and connectivity, and the easy accessibility of customizing blade profiles and colors make my life so much easier. If anyone reading this is hesitant to buy the Ardent or any VV hilt, pull the trigger. The wait will be long, but the customer service and the quality of their products are definitely worth it and you will not regret it!

Returns Policy

We do not offer returns on our products as they are handcrafted to order and made specifically for each customer. Should there be an issue with the products function and it is covered under our warranty , we will be glad to service or replace the product at our discretion. In the event that we accidentally ship you the wrong item, of course we will take care of getting you the item you ordered and take care of all shipping charges incurred in making it right.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping Insurance

All Vader's Vault products valued at $100 or greater will be automatically insured. This means that all 'Sabers' sold here will be insured automatically. Trust us, if you ever need it, you'll be glad you had it, and so will we. The last thing we want to do is eat something because the shipping carrier lost or damaged it, and we're pretty sure you, as the customer, don't want to be out any money.
