The Dark Ardent™, a fresh take and Vader's Vault spin on traditional design themes. Our first true "Thin Neck" Combat Class saber, we took extra care that while giving the look, balance and feel of the thin neck, we didn't sacrifice the duel worthy durability of the Combat Class. Meant for the active saberist, this saber is balanced and comfortable, melding with the wielder's hands like it was meant for them since birth. This version is the darker and more shadowy of a traditional saber, with a cloak of smooth flat black powdercoating on most of the surface. Key areas were machined back off to give a chef's kiss of contrast. The emitter is packed with detail, from the elegant rounded rings at the crown, to the 4 sets of light emitting 'gill slits' in the center. The engraved detail around the switch area offers an asymmetrical catch for the eye. Just enough to give the area some contrast. The other side of the switch area offers the chance to add extra flair with an optional SMD LED bargraph or OLED screen, and different frame metals as well. The middle v-grooved grip provides a non-slip surface in a traditional fashion. The rear, vertically milled 'booster' section offers an off-set look to the v-grooved grip. The pommel stands out as a very familiar power cell design with raised cubes, but in a non obtrusive, unique placement, complete with wide sound vents for great volume and resonance control. Pixel blades are the only way to fly. Vaders does a great job putting them together.

Let me start off by saying Vaders Vault is awesome. They have great customer service and endless options for making a saber truly your own. I purchased the Dark Ardent and received it exactly within the time frame they gave. The saber exceeded my expectations. The machine work is flawless, and you can tell the staff at Vaders Vault love what they do. The Plecter Pixel technology is great. The brightness is unmatched, and the effects that accompany are sweet. I highly recommend any Vaders Vault product to any new or experienced saber enthusiast.

WOW!!!!! Where do I start, I cant believe the amazing quality of this saber. 22 weeks WELL WORTH THE WAIT! From the start the staff was so amazing in helping me with my customization options, explained every technical thing. I ended up with the Neopixel blade and RICE Bluetooth upgrades and I am so happy that I did. The Flame effect on the blade made everyone who saw it say they were jealous, and the volume is ridiculously loud for such a small speaker ( had to turn it down via the app so as not to scare the kids) can't wait to use it in a show with Saberguild. The look and feel of this saber is so natural it feels like it was made to be used in combat (unlike some other companies which feel like a club in the hand) this is truly a elegant weapon from a more civilized age. This is my first VV saber, and I can say 100% it will NOT be the last. Thanks so much I LOVE it ......

5 months to completion on this saber, extremely impressed with the quality of the neopixel blade. I ordered with grip top removal as well as grenade milling. Also ordered with bluetooth Rice upgrade which works really well. Was able to pick it up right from their shop as they completed it says before the festival I ordered it for. Thanks so much VV for making my childhood dreams come true!

Returns Policy

We do not offer returns on our products as they are handcrafted to order and made specifically for each customer. Should there be an issue with the products function and it is covered under our warranty , we will be glad to service or replace the product at our discretion. In the event that we accidentally ship you the wrong item, of course we will take care of getting you the item you ordered and take care of all shipping charges incurred in making it right.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping Insurance

All Vader's Vault products valued at $100 or greater will be automatically insured. This means that all 'Sabers' sold here will be insured automatically. Trust us, if you ever need it, you'll be glad you had it, and so will we. The last thing we want to do is eat something because the shipping carrier lost or damaged it, and we're pretty sure you, as the customer, don't want to be out any money.
