Featuring Queen Amidala as the Emperor she displays the traits of Authority, Protection, Duty, and Structure

Behind her strectches the skyline of the Naboo Capital city, her kingdom which she upholds her duty to protect, in her hand she holds the Peace orb which she gifts to the Gungan people as a symbol of their cooperation and her dedication to preserving peace in her own nation, below her feet is the symbol of the senate symbolizing both her democratic election to her position as well as her reliquishing power later to become a senator to continue serving her people.

Major Arcana: Reverse Emperor

Featuring Emperor Palpatine as the Reverse Emperor he displays the traits of Tyranny, Oppression, Possessiveness, and control

Behind him stretches the empty expanse of space symbolizing his conquest of the galaxy, his goals are self serving and he only thirsts for power and cares little for the duty of an Emperor, in one hand he holds the death star, the weapon through which he exerts maximum oppression and control over the denizens of the galaxy and in the other his lightsaber symbolizing his own bloody coup to seize power. Beneath his feet are the figures of Darth Vader and a storm trooper that symbolize his tyrannical reign and his desire for conquest.

Both Emperors originate from Naboo, but their paths are diametrically opposed, one dedicates themselves to the prosperity of their people, the other only to self serivice and personal gain.
