Limited Warranty covers defects in workmanship for the Product for a period of 1 year from the original date of Receipt from Vader’s Vault.
This limited Warranty does not cover any damage due to (1) acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper handling, commercial use or modifications of this Product, or normal wear and tear; (2) improper operation or maintenance of this Product, including modifications made to configurations/SD Card content or other programming that causes errors or malfunction, use of 3rd party products or modifications that cause malfunction (i.e. blade plugs or other hardware); or (3) attempted repair by any party other than Vader’s Vault. This includes opening any saber in a manner in which it is not designed to be opened.
*This Limited Warranty does not apply where it is determined by Vader’s Vault that there is no fault with the Product itself. Repairs not covered by the Limited Warranty may, at Vader’s Vault’s discretion, be carried out at the owner’s expense.
You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of returning the Product to and return shipping from Vader’s Vault.
Electronics, such as soundboards, batteries and LEDs are not warranted by Vader’s Vault, as we did not make them.
We are not responsible for Soundcard failures, blown speakers, or over driven LEDS or any other operator errors.
Crystal Focus, and Crystal Shard Repairs must be performed by Plecterlabs or authorized service provider. You will be responsible for any fees this incurs.
*If you attempt to repair it yourself, the warranty is VOID. We will repair, but it will be at the buyer’s expense.
Proffieboard is a DIYcentric opensource board. We do not warrant or repair software or hardware on this board.
Pixel Blades at this time are not warrantied against damage resulting from combat. Pixel blades will be warrantied against defects in workmanship or normal use, i.e. connector pins wearing out etc. for 90 Days from shipping date from Vader's Vault.
Warranty is non transferable
